  1. Someone sends a cheer

    Friends, family, or colleagues scan a QR code or visit a short link. They type a 160-character message and the runner's BIB number. Done, no account needed.

  2. The timing mat reads the BIB

    A timing antenna 70–100m before the wall detects the runner's transponder. The read is instantly relayed to our server via integration with the event's timing supplier.

  3. The message goes live

    Our server calculates the exact display window for the runner's pace. Their name and message fill the LED wall at the precise second they can see it, every time.

  4. The reaction is captured

    An optional camera catches the runner's expression. The highlight clip is delivered post-race: shareable, personal and branded. The experience lives on well beyond the finish line.

We recommend booking at least 8 weeks before your event to allow time for timing system integration, logistics coordination, and branded content production. For Enterprise tier activations, 12 weeks is preferred.

We integrate with all major race timing providers including Chronotrack, Race Result, MyLaps, and TimeTronics. If your timing supplier uses a different system, our team assesses compatibility during onboarding. We've never yet encountered a system we couldn't connect with.

No. All hardware is included in the service: the LED wall, power supply, mounting structure and timing antenna. We arrive, set up, operate, and remove everything. You provide access to the venue and timing data.

Yes. In Pro and Enterprise tiers, the screen layout is fully brandable: logo placement, background, colour scheme and a persistent sponsor message or hashtag. Enterprise tier includes full campaign creative integration around the runner's personal cheer.

Supporters visit a simple web page, with no app to download. They enter the runner's BIB number, their name, and a 160-character message. We provide a QR code and short URL that events can include in pre-race communications to participants.

When a BIB is detected with no personal message, the wall displays a default screen, typically a sponsor activation, event branding, or a motivational message. No runner ever passes a blank screen.
